PS.30RDT - The PS.30Rs BIG BROTHERThe revolutionary and radical PS.30RDT is the sub-£5000 phono stage that all others are trying to beat. This world acclaimed phono stage like it's smaller brother the PS.30R are directly descendants of the mighty MC REF V. Whereas the circuit topology of the whestTWO is derived from the famed PS.20, the PS.30RDT and PS.30R are derived from the MC REF V. Keeping the sonic signature of the MC REF V and incorporating it into the PS.30R and PS.30RDT was of paramount importance as the audio reproduction of the MC REF V has dominated the market in it's and up to 3 times it's own price range! With this fantastic achievement, the PS.30RDT and PS.30R have also conquered their price territory and are now seen as the 3 very best phono stages for audio quality, price, build and usability. The PS.30RDT has been reviewed worldwide and is accepted as the phono stage 'tour-de-force' easily competing with phono stages 3 times it's price. Furthermore in a single package that measure just 430 x 280 x 72mm, it's easy to fit into any standard rack or cabinet. It's inherent ultra low noise levels are needed if the user is to use low/very low output moving coil cartridges, an area which value/tube phono stages constantly fail in. Output impedance is a very low 50ohms at 1Khz, so even if using extremely long output cables, there is no chance of losing that precious signal. As an added benefit, the PS.30R like the PS.30RDT comes equipped with impedance balanced XLR if like some of our customers, you intend to archive you vinyl collection to digital. The PS.30RDT has 6 load and 6 gain settings which are user adjustable internally, so whatever cartridge is being used, you can be assured a setting is there! The differences between the PS.30RDT and PS.30R are quite major both sonically and physically..
